Do a thorough analysis of your real estate needs to help you refine your search.

- Help you determine your financial ability to buy, including helping you gather the information necessary for the lender.

- Explain local real estate procedures, including typical closing costs and sales forms.
|
- Introduce this area to you through my twenty some years of living here.
|
- Show you properties without regard to race, creed, sex, religion, national origin, or any other form of prejudice.
|
- Research each property to discover all relevant data such as taxes, zoning and/or listing history.
|
- Accompany any home inspector (or other individual) you select, if you are unable to do so, to act as your eyes and ears.
|
- Assist you in preparing a purchase agreement, deciding on a price and terms, and act as your negotiator to achieve that agreement which is in your best interest.

- Upon acceptance of any offer, monitor all steps involved in bringing the sale to a speedy close.
|
- Keep confidential our dealings and otherwise carry out the terms of my duties as explained in the Buyer Agent Disclosure.

- Carry out the terms for the time specified in the Agreement to Locate Property.
|
- Keep you informed throughout the entire process and maintain records for your possible future needs (i.e., taxes).
