Do we recommend lenders and home inspectors?
Absolutely. When we recommend any service provider such as lenders, home inspectors or title companies, we do so because those providers give good value to our client. Our clients are all different, so we have relationships with many businesses. We believe each one delivers the best in value when purchasing a home.
Do you have to use them?
No, the choice is always yours. I only recommend businesses that have consistantly provide good service and value to my clients.
Why don't we take listings?
Being an exclusive buyer’s agent is a choice. We believe that every buyer should be fully represented in a real estate transaction and being an exclusive buyer broker is the only way we believe that can happen. No man can serve two masters, so we chose to serve the buyer. In doing so, we strive to provide the best service and value to each home buyer.
